Tata Centre leverages on the research community of faculty and students in IIT Bombay to design innovative technological solutions that solve human needs, in the context of complex environmental, social, and political factors.
Taking these innovations across to the identified needs in a sustainable manner could be facilitated with strong collaborations. These collaborations could be with organizations from the industry, social space, and academic set-up, which would take on active roles in need validation, field testing and scaling up of the Centre’s solutions. A collaborative lab to market strategy with such entities could spell out a significant amount of social impact, as per the Centre’s vision.
